Developing proposals for national and regional associations should be collaborative. Professionals throughout New England routinely share conference topics with me and start conversations on unique content I could create to align with the event theme.
Though my professional expertise center on career exploration and advancement, I have also offered insights to k12 organizations on post-secondary education and credentialing, to youth development organizations on best practices in mentorship, and to institutions of higher education on strengths-based teaming, the international student experience, and graduate assistantship planning and design.
